These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 1Audit platform and its related services. By using the platform or registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page, and your continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:
- “1Audit” / “Platform” / “System”: The 1Audit platform, including its services, systems, and related website.
- “We”, “Us”, “Company”: Cloud Programming for Information Technology Company, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 1010549371.
- “Account Owner”: The entity (individual or organization) that registers and subscribes to the platform.
- “User”: Any person authorized by the Account Owner to access and use the platform.
- “Account”: The active subscription on the 1Audit platform.
- “Data”: Any data, files, documents, or content entered, uploaded, processed, or stored through the platform.
- “Plan”: The subscription package selected to access the platform services.
2. Eligibility and Account Creation
To use the platform, an account must be created by completing the registration process and providing the required information.
Any individual or entity may register and use the platform, provided they have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all provided information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
The account is created upon successful registration and payment. By registering and using the platform, you expressly agree to these Terms, forming a legally binding agreement between you and us.
If registering on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you are authorized to represent and bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Nature of Service and License
We grant the Account Owner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-assignable license to use the platform in accordance with the subscribed plan and solely for lawful professional purposes.
This license does not transfer any intellectual property rights related to the platform, its components, website, documentation, or content.
4. Account Information
The Account Owner is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and validity of all data provided or entered into the platform.
Account details may be updated through the system settings or approved communication channels.
5. Permitted Use
The platform must be used in accordance with applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and for legitimate professional purposes only.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Disrupting or impairing the platform's functionality
- Unauthorized access to systems or data
- Uploading or transmitting unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Introducing viruses or malicious software
- Copying, reselling, sublicensing, or providing the platform to third parties without prior written consent
- Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass technical restrictions
6. Users and Security
The Account Owner is responsible for managing users and their permissions and for all activities conducted under their account.
Any unauthorized use or security breach must be reported immediately.
7. Data Ownership
All data remains the property of the Account Owner or its rightful owner.
No ownership rights over your data are transferred to us.
The Account Owner confirms they have the legal right to process and use the data without violating any laws or third-party rights.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Saudi Arabia.
Data processing is based on legal grounds including:
- User consent
- Contractual obligations
- Legal compliance
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data.
9. Fees, Payment, and Subscription
1Audit services are provided on a subscription basis (annual). The subscription is activated upon payment.
All fees are non-refundable.
Additional features may require extra charges.
9.1 Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions expire at the end of the term and must be manually renewed.
9.2 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
10. Plan Changes
Users may upgrade, downgrade, or modify their plans based on available options.
Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the next renewal cycle.
11. Availability and Support
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Service may be affected by maintenance, updates, or external factors.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the platform remain owned or licensed by us.
Use of our trademarks or content without prior written approval is prohibited.
13. Suspension and Termination
The Account Owner may suspend their account at any time without refund.
We may suspend or terminate access in cases such as:
- Violation of Terms
- Illegal use
- Security risks
- Legal requirements
No refunds will be issued in case of violation.
14. Data Access After Termination
Users may reactivate their account during the subscription period and access their data.
After subscription expiry, data may be retained for up to six (6) months, after which it may be permanently deleted.
15. Disclaimer
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
The Account Owner remains responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs.
16. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the last two (2) months preceding the claim.
17. Indemnification
The Account Owner agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of the platform
- Violation of third-party rights
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
19. General Provisions
- Invalid provisions do not affect the rest
- Failure to enforce rights does not constitute waiver
- These Terms constitute the full agreement
20. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or war.
