If cloud hosting services become available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we will prioritize storing and processing data locally in compliance with applicable regulations. In all cases, we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure data protection and confidentiality in accordance with best practices and standards.

You may, at any time during your active subscription:

- Suspend or deactivate your account.

1Audit reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account or part of the services at any time, including but not limited to the following cases:
- Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
- Detection of security risks or technical issues affecting system integrity.
- Violation of the Terms of Use or applicable policies.
1Audit may also disclose user account information to competent authorities in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or valid official requests.
This includes, without limitation:

The user acknowledges and agrees that 1Audit shall not be liable for exercising any of these rights.

If your subscription expires and is not renewed, we may retain your data for up to six (6) months from the date of expiry. After this period, we may permanently delete the data and are not obligated to retain or recover it.
